These Terms govern your access to and use of the Lynkvera platform ("Service") provided by aiTekie Solutions FZE LLC ("aiTekie").
1. Authorized access
Access is granted only to authenticated users with assigned roles. Sharing of credentials is prohibited. All activity is audit-logged.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to bypass access controls, or use the platform to violate applicable laws or regulatory obligations.
3. Intellectual property
The Lynkvera platform, including all software, design and content, is owned by aiTekie Solutions FZE LLC and protected by applicable laws.
4. Confidentiality
Operational data, configurations and audit trails accessible through the platform are confidential and must be handled in accordance with your organization's policies.
5. Liability
The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, aiTekie disclaims all implied warranties and shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
6. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
